The Reimagining Health Summit is the place to be for both wellness
practitioners and health enthusiasts alike. Our event exhibitors are hand-
picked by the event team to be perfectly curated in order to create the ideal
attendee experience, as well as to maximize sponsorship value.
With about 30 exhibitors and ample time for attendees to stop by each table
you can rest assured you will be able to showcase your company’s value.
Spots are limited and operate on a first come, first serve basis.
The Exhibit Marketplace will be open during registration, prior to the general sessions, during lunch break on both days, and after Day 1 general session.
All exhibitors will set up in the Grand Cypress Foyer.
All exhibits must be set up by 3 PM on Wednesday, October 23th 2024.
You can dismantle as early as 4:00 PM on Friday, October 25, 2024. The reserved exhibit space will need to be completely cleaned and exhibits cleared from the hotel by 10:00 PM on Friday, October 25, 2024.
*For exhibitors who break down before 4:00 PM on Friday or leave their area with leftover items or trash, there will be a fee charged to your account.
All exhibits come with one (1) standard size table (6 feet) and two (2) chairs.
For exhibits needing a power supply, there are limited spaces available with access to the outlets alongside the wall. These operate on a first serve, first come basis. Please specify when you register for a sponsorship package if you need electricity.
The hotel’s AV provider, Encore, will provide you with power and you can arrange payment with them directly a few days leading up to the event.
