The Reimagining Health Summit is the place to be for both wellness practitioners and health enthusiasts alike.
Our event exhibitors are hand-picked by the event team to be perfectly curated in order to create the ideal attendee experience, as well as to maximize sponsorship value.
With about 25 exhibitors and ample time for attendees to stop by each table, you can rest assured you will be able to showcase your company’s value.
Spots are limited and operate on a first come, first serve basis.
All exhibitors will set up in the Las Olas and Himmarshee Foyer.
*For exhibitors who break down before 4:00 PM or leave their area with leftover items or trash, there will be a fee charged to your account.
For exhibits needing a power supply, there are limited spaces available with access to the outlets alongside the wall. These operate on a first come, first serve basis. Please specify when you register for a sponsorship package if you need electricity.
The hotel’s AV provider will provide you with power and you can arrange payment with them directly a few days leading up to the event.

Recordings are included with Virtual tickets. So even if you can’t make it live or virtually, you can purchase a Virtual ticket to watch on your own time.
Prices increase after May 31st if any tickets remain.

All tickets are considered 100% non-refundable beginning on July 1, 2025, regardless of purchase date. We will grant a full refund if requested in writing before July 1, 2025 and within 30 days of purchase.

We do not offer refunds for exhibitor and/or sponsorship packages. As soon as a sponsor commits, we start advertising their company on our website and prepare designated spaces for exhibitors and sponsors. This may include printing, signage, digital publishing, and advertising to our network.
While October is generally free of major storms if local authorities deem Fort Lauderdale is under a Hurricane Watch or Hurricane Warning, we will reschedule for another date and time. No refunds will be given, however we will credit the ticket and/or sponsorship sales to be applied to the next event. The hotel will refund room stays. Attendees will be notified via email and notices will be posted on the homepage of our website.
Each ticket includes a discount on an IHPI Certification of your choosing. Simply sign up with a member of our team while at the Summit and they will apply your discount.
