All exhibits come with one (1) standard size table (6 feet) and two (2) chairs.

For exhibits needing a power supply, there are limited spaces available with access to the outlets alongside the wall. These operate on a first come, first serve basis. Please specify when you register for a sponsorship package if you need electricity.

The hotel’s AV provider will provide you with power and you can arrange payment with them directly a few days leading up to the event.

WHEN IS THE EVENT?

The Reimagining Health Summit 2026 takes place November 5–7, 2026. The welcome reception is on the evening of November 5, with the main conference running across November 6 and 7.

WHERE WILL THE EVENT BE HELD?

RHS 2026 is hosted at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa, 3030 Holiday Drive, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316. We recommend booking your hotel room at the venue early - a preferential room block rate is available for attendees and rooms fill up quickly.

CAN I ATTEND VIRTUALLY?

Yes. A Virtual ticket is available for those who are unable to join us in person. Virtual attendees receive access to recordings of all main stage sessions, available to watch at your own pace after the event. Visit our tickets page to see current virtual ticket pricing.

CAN I ATTEND IF I'M NOT FROM THE UNITED STATES?

Absolutely. RHS 2026 welcomes attendees from around the world. Please ensure you check visa and entry requirements for the United States well in advance of the event. Our team is happy to provide a letter of invitation if required for visa purposes - just reach out to us at [email protected].

HOW MANY TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE?

Tickets are limited and we expect this year's event to sell out. We strongly recommend securing your spot as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Once tickets are gone, we are unable to accommodate additional in-person attendees.

CAN I PURCHASE RECORDINGS IF I CAN'T ATTEND IN-PERSON?

Yes. If you're unable to attend in person, our Virtual ticket gives you access to recordings of all main stage sessions. Recordings are also included with all in-person ticket tiers, so you can revisit any session after the event.

WILL TICKET PRICES INCREASE?

Yes. Ticket prices increase as the event approaches. The earlier you purchase, the more you save. We recommend securing your ticket at the current price before the next price increase takes effect.

WHAT COMES IN THE VIP PACKAGE?

The VIP package is the complete RHS experience. It includes front row seating, a private EquiLife dinner, a 1-on-1 photo with Dr. Stephen Cabral, a signed copy of Personomics, advanced speaker access, a dedicated concierge representative, access to the VIP lounge, a VIP gift bag, printed business cards, an EL Health Coach Hour, and 3 months of PracticeBuilt free of charge. VIP also includes everything in the General and Experiential tiers - lunches, coffee and tea breaks, exhibitor marketplace access, event recordings, and a $2,000 IHP certification discount.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY?

All ticket sales are final. In the event you are unable to attend, your ticket may be converted to a Virtual Ticket.

DO YOU OFFER A REFUND OR GUARANTEE FOR SPONSORS OR EXHIBITORS?

We do not offer refunds for exhibitor and/or sponsorship packages. As soon as a sponsor commits, we start advertising their company on our website and prepare designated spaces for exhibitors and sponsors. This may include printing, signage, digital publishing, and advertising to our network.

HOW TO I REDEEM MY IHP CERTIFICATION CREDIT?
